The purpose of this document is to describe the methods for managing web access points and PrivateTrading mobile sites, in relation to the processing of personal data of users / visitors who access it after registering or consulting it.

Types of data processed
Profiles
To be able to take advantage of what has been made available or offered by the LOGIN Area or by other areas subject to identification, you must register by completing the appropriate registration form and signing the consent to the processing of personal data. Username and password will be the means of accessing what has been made available. The provision of personal data indicated in the registration forms is mandatory to complete the registration procedure; therefore the missed, partial or wrong insertion of such data invalidates the registration and therefore it won't allow to be able to take advantage of how much made available.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site may acquire, in their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some personal data whose transmission takes place implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of associating it with the identified interested parties but, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of visitor users (eg IP addresses), domain names of the terminals used, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requesters, the time of requests, etc. These data, deleted immediately after processing, are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Web contact data is not stored for more than seven days, except for any computer crimes against the site. No data deriving from the service will be communicated or disseminated.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data to access certain areas subject to identification or information, or to make requests by e-mail, involves the subsequent acquisition by PrivateTrading of the sender's address or any other personal data that will be processed exclusively to respond to the request.

Optional supply of data
Apart from that specified for navigation data, users / visitors are free to choose whether to provide their personal data. Failure to provide them can only make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

This '' Cookie Policy '' aims to provide, in line with the principle of transparency that governs the relationship with visitors / users, information on the types, purposes and methods of use / management of cookies sent during navigation .

According to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
